The Engine Room: Volume 6
June 2026
You’ll be pleased to hear that we are open for business………..
We officially opened our doors on Friday 8th May and we’ve been busy getting test rides booked in for the coming months.
It’s also been a busy time for the team since we opened, and here is a snapshot of what we’ve been up to:
Spring Ride-In at The National Motorcycle Museum:
Thanks to Vikki having a Henry Cole Motorbike Show membership, we were invited to the first Ride-In event, which included a VIP meet and greet with Henry Cole and his gang.
We had a really good chat about our bikes and we are currently in talks with Henry’s production team about potentially appearing in a future episode of The Motorbike Show.
Motorcycle News – Top Story:
At the start of May, we welcomed Dan Sutherland and Adam Shorrock to HQ for a full day of interviews photographs and test rides. In the 13th May edition there was a teaser news item about the full article, and then in the 20th May edition, there was a 2-page spread about our journey, bike details and Dan’s review of the bikes.
Sheffield Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride 2026:
Earlier in the year we were approached by Paul Massey, to see if we would be happy to lend him one of our bikes for the event on 17th May. Of course we were more than happy, and Paul collected the bike from us a few days before the event to get accustomed to it.
Paul led the event, along with just over 150 other riders, and there was a lot of interest in our Rex!!!
You can read Paul’s review here: Paul Massey Review
British Motorcycle Federation (BMF) Article
Following a visit by Maxine from the BMF back in January, we had an article published on their website, and a condensed version will be in the July edition of their members magazine. You can read the article here: BMF Article
